Nuruljannah is a passionate statistician, educator, and Senior Lecturer at MAHSA University, Malaysia, with over a decade of expertise in research methodology and biostatistics. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate dental students, primarily using SPSS, and her expertise extends to advanced statistical tools such as STATA, R, and NVivo, with a strong focus on both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Her groundbreaking contribution to research data management includes introducing the Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) system at the University of Malaya in 2015, revolutionizing how multidisciplinary research is conducted and enhancing data quality for high-impact studies. Recognized internationally, Nuruljannah has been invited to lead workshops on SPSS and research methods, where she guides participants in bridging theoretical concepts with hands-on application.
In addition to her teaching and mentorship, she has contributed to impactful publications across diverse research areas in biostatistics, dental research, and public health, including collaborations with global institutions.
